Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across Europe, with more locations coming soon.

How much is shipping?

Shipping within Cyprus is €3.50.

Shipping to European destinations is €4.50.

Any applicable shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

How long will my order take?

Each PawGems necklace is handmade especially for your furry friend. 🐾

We usually aim to prepare and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. However, as every necklace is handmade to order, please allow a little extra time during busy periods.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the relevant delivery information.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every PawGems necklace is handmade and made to order according to the measurements and customisation details provided at checkout, all sales are final.

Please make sure you carefully check your pet’s measurements, size selection, spelling and customisation details before placing your order. If you have any questions about sizing, we’re always happy to help before you order. 🐾

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your necklace arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you will be eligible for a replacement or full refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, changes and cancellations are not accepted, as we may begin preparing your handmade necklace shortly after your purchase. Please double-check all details before completing your order.
