Getting your PawGem is simple

  • 1. Pick your PawGem

    Choose the design that suits your pet best, from soft pastels to bright, playful colours. You can also personalise it with their initial for an extra special touch.

  • 2. Choose the right size

    Measure around the widest part of your pet’s head using our sizing guide, then select the closest size. The necklace should slip comfortably over the head without feeling too tight.

  • 3. We make & send it

    Once your order is placed, we prepare your PawGem with care, package it, and send it straight to you ready for your pup to wear.

How to measure your pet

Using a soft measuring tape, measure around the widest part of your pet’s head, passing the tape over the highest point of the skull and underneath the jaw.

Then measure around the widest part of the neck where the PawGem will sit.

Always use the larger of the two measurements when choosing a size. If your pet’s neck is wider than their head, choose the size based on the neck measurement instead.

The Paw Gem should be large enough to slip comfortably over the head without forcing it, while still sitting comfortably once in place.

Tip: If your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.

The perfect fit

Your PawGem should sit comfortably around your dog’s neck without feeling tight or hanging too loosely. You should be able to fit a little space between the necklace and the neck. PawGems are decorative accessories and should not be used as a replacement for your dog’s regular collar or for attaching a lead.

How do I choose the right size?

Are PawGems necklaces handmade?

Yes. Every PawGems necklace is handmade in small batches, so slight variations can make each piece feel a little more unique.

Can my dog wear it every day?

Yes! PawGems necklaces are designed as decorative accessories that your pup can enjoy regularly.

Can the necklace get wet?

They can handle light splashes, but we recommend removing the necklace before swimming or bathing to help keep the beads and elastic in their best condition

Can I use the necklace as a colar?

Although every Paw Gems necklace is tested for durability and can be worn like a collar, we recommend using it primarily as a decorative accessory. If your pet tends to pull strongly on the lead, please use a regular walking collar or harness for leash attachment.
